30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Custom Orders:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom orders. Custom orders are unique and tailored specifically to your preferences, making them ineligible for return or exchange. We highly recommend reviewing all details and specifications before placing a custom order.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact us page with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
