At TeeAndGlow, we’re committed to delivering quality apparel and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. While every order is crafted with care, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request cancellations, returns, or refunds.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at [email protected].
- If your request is received within this timeframe, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
- After 12 hours, orders enter production (as our items are made-to-order) and cannot be canceled or modified.
Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot process exchanges for changes in:
- Size
- Design
- Quantity
👉 If you made a mistake, the best option is to cancel your order within 12 hours and place a new one. For sizing guidance, our support team is always ready to assist.
Returns (Within 30 Days)
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging included.
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items (size, color, or design)
- Items that differ significantly from the product description
🚫 Not Eligible for Return:
- Items that are worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Clearance, sale, or personalized/custom products
- Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., loose threads) that do not affect usability
- Damage caused by improper handling or use after delivery
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund or return request, email [email protected] with:
- Your order number or receipt
- A brief description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the problem
- Shipping label or delivery confirmation (if available)
⚠️ Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending items back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
- Depending on PayPal processing times, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Policy Deadlines
- Cancellations: Within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Returns/Refunds: Within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after these timeframes cannot be accepted.
Important Notes
- Always contact our team before returning any item.
- Refunds apply only to approved claims with proper documentation.
- TeeAndGlow(Desmond Rankin) is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
