1. Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights

TeeAndGlow recognizes the importance of safeguarding creative and proprietary works. All content on our website is either:

• Legally licensed from third parties.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Infringing Material

We do not allow the listing, promotion, or sale of items that infringe on another party’s copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. TeeAndGlow reserves the right to remove any content or products that appear to violate protected rights.

3. Submitting an IP Infringement Notice (DMCA Procedure)

If you are an IP rights holder and believe your work is being infringed, you may submit a formal notice by emailing us with the subject line: “IP Infringement Notice”

Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to be infringed.
• The URL(s) or listing name(s) where the infringing content appears.
• Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A good-faith statement declaring the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Response and Investigation

Once a valid claim is received, TeeAndGlow will:

• Review and investigate the notice promptly.
• Remove or restrict access to infringing material if the claim is confirmed.
• Optionally notify the party responsible for the content and provide them the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

5. Repeat Offender Policy

Accounts or sellers found repeatedly infringing intellectual property rights may be suspended or permanently terminated, depending on the frequency and seriousness of the violations.

6. False or Misleading Reports

Submitting false or misleading infringement notices may result in liability for damages, including legal costs, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
